Anyone who helps with this before we go live, will receive a 20% discount (on top of any other discounts or promotions) on the purchase of any service from us over the next 5 years! (In short, if you help us now, when you subscribe to Books of Accounts online Later, it will be 20% cheaper.)The other benefit is that you get to shape the application to be more useful to you.
After many hours (and months) of hardwork, we are finally ready to allow a few bookkeepers or accountants to review the Online Books of Accounts application which we have been building.
It is not ready for use yet, but will be by around May 2008.
What we need right now, are people who are interested in using it in the future, to take a look at it now and discuss with us the following:
- Additional features NEEDED.
- Additional features desired.
- Adjustments to the way tasks are performed by the users.
- Checking the way that transactions are recorded.
- Reporting of Bugs & Errors.
- Any other comments or discussion.
Any user who replies telling us that they agree to help with this, will be added to the 'Development Group' and after that, will have access to an additional board in this forum, called the 'Product Development' board. On that board, you will find details about how to access the development version of the Books of Accounts online.
We are hoping to have a very short Alpha & Beta testing period, due to our extended development period. The main version is expected to begin offering 3 month free trials in May. During this time (and probably forever more), development will continue and new features may still be implemented.
